Manages technology used by the centers administers the contract budget ensures the program is operating in accordance with all Maryland laws and court rules processes invoices and ensure accuracy of billing oversees the administrative requirements for all employees of the vendor subject to training, record-keeping, and background check requirements annually conducts regular site visits of all program locations collects, analyzes and reports on program performance, volume, and demographic data directs outreach and marketing efforts plans and manages an annual help center provider conference participates in strategic planning for the centers and other Access to Justice initiatives plans and executes the launch of new centers. Manages a contract and supervises the activities of the Maryland Court Help Centers including 10 walk-in locations and a statewide call center providing over 140,000 instances of service per year in person and via phone and live chat. ![]()
